
Ural Airlines plans to launch flights from Moscow to Almaty this winter. Flights will operate five times a week on weekdays starting December 24, according to Travel.ru.
Departure from Moscow (Zhukovsky Airport) at 11:00, arrival in Almaty at 18:25. The return flight departs at 7:25 PM and arrives in Moscow at 9:15 PM. An Airbus A321 aircraft will be used on this route. The lowest available ticket price is currently 12,402 rubles one-way and 19,654 rubles round-trip.
Aeroflot is also increasing its offerings on this route (from Sheremetyevo). Starting October 28, the company will deploy its wide-body Airbus A330 on select overnight flights. Initially planned for daily service, the Airbus A330 is now limited to three departures per week.
