Entry rules to Dominican Republic have changed for Russians

It is reported that the Dominican Republic's border service has amended its entry rules. Now children under 14 When visiting the country, you must have your own passport. The company explained that this information was received from one of its partner airlines.

It should be noted that adding a child under 14 years of age to a parent's passport is only possible in the old-style passport. Since 2010, adding children's information to a parent's passport is only for the purpose of confirming family ties and does not grant the child the right to leave or reenter the Russian Federation without a separate identity document. If a child was added to a parent's passport before March 1, 2010, they are fully eligible to travel abroad with their parents. However, some countries may present difficulties. For example, the UAE, where a visa upon arrival is only available in a separate passport. A separate passport is required for entry into the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Children added to a parent's passport are allowed into EU countries without a visa, provided they have a visa. 

According to regulations, processing a foreign passport in Russia takes at least 30 days.
