Qatar Airways plans to reinstate its third daily flight from Doha to Moscow within a month. It will be added to the schedule starting December 14, according to Travel.ru.
The third flight already existed previously - it operated from the beginning of August to the end of October, but was then suspended. Before the New Year holidays, he was re-appointed on a similar schedule.
Departure from Doha is at 2:35 AM, arriving in Moscow at 7:55 AM. The return flight is at 9:40 AM, arriving in Doha at 2:55 PM. The route will again use an Airbus A320. This flight is currently only scheduled until the end of the winter schedule on March 24; whether it will remain in service for the summer is unclear.
The two existing flights depart Doha at 6:40 AM and 4:00 PM, arriving in Moscow at 12:00 PM and 9:00 PM, and return at 1:10 PM and 11:55 PM, arriving in Doha at 6:25 PM and 4:55 AM. The first flight is operated by an Airbus A321, and the second by a wide-body Airbus A330. As a reminder, Russian citizens can now visit Qatar visa-free, including during a transit stop in Doha en route to a third country.
