S7 Airlines has introduced the ability to fix the desired fare for several days. The service is relatively cheap - 100 rubles for each flight segment for each passenger, reports our own correspondent Travel.ru.
Thus, fixing the price for each passenger's roundtrip or one-way connecting flight will cost 200 rubles, and for a roundtrip connecting flight - 400 rubles. For comparison, a similar service at Aeroflot costs 1,000 rubles.
You can fix the price you like for 5 days if there are more than 14 days left before departure, and for 48 hours if there are 7 to 14 days left before departure. Later fixing is not possible. It also does not apply to flights to Central Asia (Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan). In addition, the price is not fixed if at least one segment is performed by a third-party carrier - only flights of Siberia or its subsidiary Globus are available
A passenger wishing to fix a fare issues a ticket as usual, but instead of paying the full cost, pays only a fee for fixing — 100 rubles per segment. The ticket purchase must be completed before the fixing period expires, otherwise the booking will be cancelled.
The fee for fixing is not refundable. It can only be refunded if the flight is rescheduled or cancelled before the ticket is fully paid, and after full payment - only if the flight is cancelled, along with the rest of the amount paid.
