In my opinion, the best pavilion presented at the World Expo held in Milan, Italy in 2015. The Kazakhs surprised everyone!
It's no wonder their pavilion is the most popular, with lines stretching from early morning until late evening. Today, you have a unique opportunity to glimpse the Kazakh future and present.
Why did Kazakhstan decide to stand out at this Expo? It's simple. The next Expo 2017 will be held in Astana, Kazakhstan. As the pavilion staff put it, Milan is a dress rehearsal.
I spoke a lot with staff from other pavilions; almost all of them hired people from Italy to work at the Expo. The Kazakhs brought 200 trained people from Kazakhstan for this purpose. Overall, everything is very cool and respectable.
The Kazakh pavilion operates on a group basis. People are admitted in groups of 30-40. This is due to the projection presentations. The line moves extremely slowly. We are Russian bloggers, and the Kazakhs are brothers. What kind of lines are there for our own?!

While people stand in line on a small stage, they are entertained by Kazakh concert numbers. It's very warm and welcoming to the guests:

The guys have their own beautiful national uniform:

We enter the first room and immediately there is a surprise:

Guests are asked to sit comfortably on the floor:

The first projection show with sand drawings on glass begins:

After the sand, there was a second projection room. They showed a video about Kazakhstan:

Then we go up the escalator to the second floor:

As you understand, I am the first:

Large exhibition hall. Expo theme: Energy for life. Feeding the planet:

Capsules containing plants native to Kazakhstan are embedded in the wall:

If you touch the sensor, the capsule with the plant comes out:

Very interesting:

Let's move on. Tasting kumys:

Volumetric... I don't even know what to call them... projection devices, similar to periscopes:

I peered through one of the camera's peepholes. Inside was an image of a reptile:

In the next room there is a huge aquarium pool with Kazakh fish, which are native to Kazakhstan:

Stand-alone joysticks reminiscent of a computer game:

Next we proceed to the final, most impressive projection room. Before the entrance, there's a corridor like this one with silhouettes of modern Kazakhstan:

The hall. I'll try to explain. Several rows of seats are on a moving platform. They have these attractions in shopping malls—they say 5D. This one is much cooler and bigger. Besides the moving platform, there's also a huge spherical screen:

Everyone was given these huge 3D glasses:

And so it began. I took one shot, then realized there was no point in taking photos. It was a three-dimensional flight with seat movement. I've never experienced anything like this in any movie theater:

The video itself starts near the sun in space, then you fly toward Earth, passing the ISS, and land in Astana. Then you fly through the city, through the streets, and finally, you fly into the building where Expo 2017 will be held. Very cool!!! It's hard to surprise me, but the Kazakhs did it.
After the viewing, everyone goes downstairs. Here's a Kazakh café in the traditional style:

There's a model of Expo 2017 in Astana nearby. I'll definitely go if I'm invited (hint):

And finally, the exhibition ends with a souvenir shop:

We exit onto the street from the other side. There's already dancing on the stage:
